Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will be expected to perform efficient and reliable service for our customers. You will also be required to keep up with factory technical bulletins and take part in all mandatory training classes. We also expect our technicians to understand and follow local, state, and federal requirements for auto service and repair. We are a Volkswagen facility specializing in service and parts for all Volkswagen models. This means you will be expected to become a Volkswagen expert with thorough knowledge of the different systems and components of Volkswagen vehicles. Another key requirement for this role is that you communicate effectively with the service advisor, other employees, and customers.
