At Volkswagen of Moon Township, we're connecting talent with opportunity. We are seeking motivated individuals looking to develop new skills and learn by doing. In our program, you will learn to use the latest automotive service technology while working alongside other talented technicians with you in the driver's seat, setting the pace.

Technician Roles

Lube Technician - $15/hr | 6 months - 1 Year You'll learn how to change engine oil & filters, and complete vehicle maintenance inspections on a wide variety of vehicles. 

Technician Apprentice - $17/hr | 6 months - 1 Year You'll learn how to diagnose the cause of malfunction & perform repair order work while working closely with a master technician mentor and other department leadership.

Used Car Technician - $19/hr | 6 months - 1 Year You'll learn to perform and document repair order work with efficiency and accuracy, as well as road test vehicles to ensure the quality of repair work.

Volkswagen Fast Track Course | Trip to Columbus, Ohio We will pay for your travel and tuition cost to attend this 2-week long factory training program only accessible to VW dealer employees. 

Transition from Hourly to Flat Rate Technician - $22/hr You're on the road to success! Now that you've completed the program, you can start logging hours as a certified technician.

*Length in each role is determined by individuals' performance and will be reviewed with management prior to progressing to the next level. Successful candidates show initiative, contribute to a positive work environment, and live our core values.
