Carl was wonderful to say the least. He took me and my husband on test drives with the cars we wanted, went over each car they had in stock on the lot that we could pick from and made the leasing process so easy! We didn’t bring my car to our initial appointment but he did as much as he could up front so when I brought my car in later that day it was a quick and efficient process. He also took the extra time to explain all of the features in my new car since I’ve had Hondas the last 9 years which was very helpful.
