The staff is always friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for an oil change and then noticed that some oil had leaked. I contacted the dealership and they dealt with the problem promptly. They took full responsibility for the problem and did everything they could to make it right. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and kind, and apologized for the inconvenience this caused.

I understood that I was dropping off my car, however my appt was for 8:30am and it didn’t get finished till after 4pm. I don’t think they even looked at it until after 12p. I was hoping to be able to run some errands, but by the time it was done it was later than I wanted to be doing my errands.
