The safety campaign for the door handles on the ID 4 was botched by The original dealer, Wheeling VW. (Dealer transfer) The vehicle was not assembled back to its original state, items were missing, broken, and I found a bolt laying on the floor. Because the issue was the safety campaign, it was not covered under warranty so it was dealt with. As a customer service courtesy. I requested that the other doors be checked for sloppy inconsistent work due to the safety nature of the campaign of the doors popping open. This however was denied and we never did find out where the missing bolt was from.
