I told the service consultant, Brett, a year ago that my car (3 years old) was continually needing oil. He responded that all the newer cars burn more oil. If he had asked a few more questions or asked the mechanics to check it, the problem could have been fixed a year ago. AND saved me from spending so much money on oil. I also asked that they check the battery. I was told that the battery was charged to 60%. To be sure I went to two other places and both showed it was charged to 80%. That makes me think the Moon VW's battery checking system is flawed, there was operator error or it was a way to get me to buy a battery.

The only reason I chose to purchase my vehicle at Moon Township Volkswagen is your salesperson Cameron Wonder. He was immensely helpful when we purchased my husband's car a few weeks ago - so much so that when we ultimately decided to replace my car as well, there was no question as to where we would go. Cameron is an asset to your company - he is friendly, patient, kind, and flexible. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Conversely, we had the opposite experience at Three Rivers Volkswagen in McMurray. The salesperson we spoke to there was confusing, somewhat rude, inflexible, and unhelpful. Even though the McMurray location is much closer to my home, I would make the same choice over and over again to drive to Moon Township Volkswagen to get any service done to my new car or to purchase another vehicle instead of return to the McMurray location.
