There was some confusion about rescheduling my appointment, i received a text asking if i could reschedule due to short staffing, when i called to reschedule, i was told i could still come, so i did. Sierra was very nice and helpful. I asked about the wear of my tires and was told that one of the technicians would call me to answer the question, but i did not hear back from anyone.
