    I have been having my vehicle serviced at the Moon Township location for several years now. Over the last 9 months I have had an oil consumption issue with my car, among other issues surrounding the check engine light. I have been to this dealership every2-3 months since November of 2023. Each time I have voiced my issue of the check engine light and the oil consumption, each time I've been informed the check engine light issue does not have anything to do with the oil consumption. I have had several repairs to items claiming to fix the check engine light issue however, days later the check engine light reappears. I've also had an oil separator replaced and performed an oil consumption test, that just barely passed, and I am still having an oil consumption issues. While at the dealership for the oil consumption test they let me know they visibly saw smoke coming from my car and I noted that it does happen often, we scheduled another appointment to have this issue looked at which was my most recent visit. I dropped my car off at 8:00AM for a 10:00AM appointment, I noted that I had an appointment at 4:30PM that day and would need my car back before then, preferably around 3:00PM. I never heard from my service consultant all day until about 2:45 and they were just looking at my car then. I then never heard from my consultant again and I had to call the dealership around 3:45PM when I was expecting to have my car back by 3:00PM. I had to call 5 times to get through to anyone and was told they did not know what the issue was and they were waiting to hear back from VW. I reminded him that I had an appointment that I was now stranded for, he then set up Ubers for me to get to my appointment and then home, and I was just expected to leave my car there overnight. He noted he would have another Uber pick me up at 8AM the next morning so that I could make my meetings and appointments the next day. I had to call the dealership the next morning since I never received an Uber at the time agreed upon to set one up. At this time I asked what the issue was with my car if it had been resolved and he told me that even though the technicians at the dealership saw the smoke for themselves and suggested I bring it back for service, which I did, that they would/could not help me unless I had a video of it. Therefore, they did NOTHING to help me, left me stranded all for no service. When I arrived at the dealership the consultant handed me my keys and pointed me to my car, no paperwork, apology, explanation, plan to help me with my issue or anything. So I am now left with the same issue and no resolve or support from the Moon VW dealership.

    The whole process was absolutely wonderful. Cameron, my sales associate, was behind helpful and patient. He listened to what I needed and showed me all of the vehicles in stock that were exactly what I was looking for.
