I’ve been a customer at the Moon Township location for about 10 years now. I am on my second Volkswagen Jetta. I trust the service team and have a great relationship with them and that’s why I decided when it was time fir a new car to stay with Volkswagen and the Moon Township location. In the past 10 years my two Jettas have only been serviced by this location and again it’s because of the team you have at that location.

All of my interactions with VW staff, has been far superior than any other dealership that I've ever interacted with. I absolutely love how the mechanics send text message videos of the encountered problem, which I was able to show to my mechanic and he said that it was spot-on and a very good explanation of the problem. Thank you for making this stressful situation more bearable! Thank you for being so professional and informative. This is our first VW purchase. I will most likely be a VW customer for life. I love the vehicle so far and the customer service. I know where to go when I need a new one!
