I like the video feed back for the inspection but the interface is a little confusing related to the approval of additional work. When I was reviewing my inspection I noticed there was a response for “approval” button. Which I thought I needed to press to complete the inspection. I mistakenly approved the addition of replacing the wiper blades (which I thought were fine). I called Sierra the service advisor right away and left a voice mail. Then I sent a text stating that I made an error and didn’t want to replace the blades. I was too late they had already done the work. Approx $65.00 needlessly. Sierra said she applied a $10 discount and that she would talk to the service Mgr this week. So far no one has contacted me.

I used to go to Cochran on West liberty. But not any more. The tech video of my service I loved it. Also washing my car. I was like wow. Even though my car was clean there were some bugs from travel. But when I left the dealership my ride was clean. I loved it.
