The service was good but when the guy brought my car around it smelled like someone had not had a bath in over a week. I sat in the parking lot and had to clean the seats and arm rest and steering wheel to try and get the smell out . I drove an hour home with the windows down. I thought that I was going to throw up 🤮.

Had work done in April, was told it was one issue. It was an expensive repair. The issue still continued, now being told it might be other issues. I was told I'd have to pay again for a diagnostic. I don't agree with that. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. I will not be purchasing a vw again. Waited over 2 weeks for an oil change appointment then 2.5 hours for it to be done.
